Certified Iyengar Yoga teacher:
My yoga practice started in 1995, with a wonderful Hatha Yoga teacher. She inspired me from the very first day and I was only 14 years old. After several years practicing yoga and being aware of its benefits, in 2013 I decided to start my first training as an Integral Yoga teacher.
In 2014 I discovered Iyengar Yoga with Rachele Di Fino. I have practiced Iyengar Yoga since then with the most renowned Iyengar Yoga teachers of the world such as Abhijata Iyengar, Prashant Iyengar, Christian Pisano, Lois Steinberg (several workshops included "Adaptations I and II"), Patricia Walden, Faeq Biria, Eyal Shifroni, Sri HS Arun, Aarti Mehta, Barbie Abeles, Raya Uma Datta, Jordi Marti, Silvia Ros, Melanie Barber, Francesca Aebi, Edwin Bryant (Indian Philosophy), Sanskrit with Gabriel Martino (Vidyā) and I am currently studying with my mentor Uschi Moser. In 2021 I became a Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher, Level I in Switzerland. I am a member and part of the committee of the Association of Iyengar Yoga in Switzerland (IYS).
In January 2024 I opened my own yoga studio in Zug called Aum Yoga Studio.
Yoga is a journey for myself. Yoga is life.
Psychology and Art-therapy:
I am a clinical psychologist (recognized by PsyCo) with a specialization in Art-Therapy. I have a degree in Psychology (2010-Argentina) in psychoanalysis clinic. In 2013 I specialized in Art therapy at the Université Catholique de Lille. Since then I have studied different approaches such as Existential Psychotherapy, Positive Psychology, Brief Psychotherapy, Systemic Psychotherapy, Logotherapy, coaching and counselling and family constellations.
My diplomas are recognized in Argentina, France, Spain and in Switzerland (PsyCo).
I work in Spanish, English and French with all ages.
