MINDFULLNESS

The ability to be present. The practice of being connected in the here and now is a healing state. VI will guide you once a month through different meditation (Dhyana), breathing (pranayama)  and psychological techniques.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

After each meeting you will have something new to implement and practice in your daily life.

The techniques that I will share with you will allow you to find that well-being, that calm and contentment even in the middle of chaos.


The meetings are every month, since some time is required between each session, in order to practice and implement what you have learned.
