Service Description

Yoga is for everyone: my classes are a space to feel good physically, mentally and energetically. Each class I work on a different yoga sequence and in addition the classes have a relationship with each other so that you can advance in your yoga practice and feel better every day. My classes are dynamic, fun, I like to pay attention to detail, adapt the postures to your needs, use the right yoga props and that you can finish each class with joy. I have been practicing yoga since 1995 and teaching yoga since 2015. I am a certified Iyengar teacher (level I) and I teach mainly in English but also in Spanish and French. See you on the mat!
